We are in no way responsible for the arrival of your product if something happened during the shipping stage or you broke it on arrival.
Payment is to be made upfront to avoid scams, when we know what you are after we will do our best to work out a suitable price for you and meet every demand you make, on some rare occassions we will accept 50% payment/deposit to start the project and we will take images and/or video footage to show our progression and when it is complete should you be 100% satisfied we will ship it as soon as the second payment is made, should you now like our work half way through the first payment/deposit will be non-refundable.
Our shipping is done very carefully in packaging of our choice, or you may request a better option at your expense.  
Any payment to us is by your own will and with the complete understanding that we do not offer refunds. Payment is used to purchase your model and pay our wages as we take the time to complete it, comission work is our full time job so you must understand depending upon how much work we receive will vary the time it takes to complete your model, with no extra cost involved, we will always do a quote for you and do our very best to give you an estimate of the completion time and update you reguarly on the progress.
